DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

VOLUME DISCOUNT SCHEDULE

Volume discounts are available for invoices paid according to the terms
listed on your invoice. Total nursery stock charges are listed on the last
page of your invoice. Royalty fees on patented plants are added to your
total charges and are not discountable, as collected royalty fees are paid
to the plant patent owner.

Applicable volume discount schedule on tree purchase is as follows:

$ 2,000 ..............................................2%
$ 6,000 ..............................................5%
$15,000 ............................................10%
$30,000 ............................................15%
$50,000 ............................................20%

PREPAYMENT DISCOUNT

Prepayment of your order will earn an additional discount based on
current interest rates. This amount will be credited to your account at
time of invoicing.

CONTRACT GROWING DISCOUNT

Orders must be on file for the current year plus the following two years
based on a minimum of 500 trees grown by Hans Nelson & Sons
Nursery.

Applicable contract growing discount on tree purchase is as follows:

$ 5,000 ..............................................1%
$10,000 ..............................................2%
$20,000 ..............................................3%
$30,000 ..............................................4%
$50,000 ..............................................5%
